We are currently looking to recruit a professional, confident Sales Administrator to work for a successful relocation solutions company.

The role is extremely varied, from answering customer facing queries to invoice management.

Other duties to include:

  • Data entry and management of a bespoke system
  • Typing and providing quotations
  • Taking payments and selling individual items
  • Batching and printing invoices
  • Showing customers around the hireable facilities
  • Being based front office and first point of call for any customer walk ins

The right candidate:

  • Presentable and professional approach
  • Have excellent communication skills over phone and face to face
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Be fully computer literate and an accurate typist
  • Team player

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

In return, the company will offer:
