Development Coach Mortgages
Our client is an award-winning mortgage brokerage based out of Cannock, Staffordshire. As on the country's leading brokers, they are constantly growing and expanding as a business. To continue this into the future, they are looking to bring in a Development Coach for their telephony-based customer service team and advisors.
Within this role, you will be monitoring, reviewing, and analysing customer calls and processes to ensure an excellent service is being provided. Within a highly regulated industry, it is crucial that policies and proper practices are being adhered to at all times.
You will be joining an already established and high-performing team, helping to find ways to continuously improve and aid the growth of the company. To do this, you will need to be able to comfortably provide constructive feedback on a 1-1 and group basis.
As this is a regulated environment, experience in a similar role within the mortgage industry is essential. This could be a great opportunity for somebody from a training, compliance, or team leader role within an existing broker or lender.
