Boomerang Funding, based in Bromsgrove, are looking for a field based Business Development Manager to work across the South of the UK. You predominantly will be responsible for identifying new customers within the recruitment industry, building long term relationships, and selling all of Boomerangs Back Office products, including Funding & Factoring.

What you will do:

  • Identify prospects using a range of techniques including online research, outbound calling, and face to face meetings
  • Network effectively so as to increase the number or potential referrers
  • Sell the benefits of working with Boomerang Funding??? and negotiate effectively in a very competitive marketplace
  • Arrange and attend appointments on behalf of themselves and the MD
  • Deliver informative and engaging workshops and technical updates, contribute to the preparation and delivery of sales pitches
  • Proactively manage cost to acquire and return on investment for their portfolio in collaboration with their MD
  • Continue to build the products and services of the start-up business and drive and implement the new technology that will be required to grow the business

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience outbound B2B phone sales
  • A minimum of 2 years generating appointments for self/others
  • A minimum of 5 years working in a results driven sales environment, working to KPIs
  • Experience in recruitment services or a similar field based role would be desirable
  • Proven experience of researching, mapping and nurturing new business prospects
