The Role

Joining the Safety, Health & Quality (SHQ) Department, you will provide administrative support to the SHQ Manager. You must possess excellent communication skills and a proven knowledge and/or qualifications in Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance of the Quality Management System.
Conduct internal process audits.
Identify training requirements, source training provider & arrange training.
Prepare documentation for Site meetings, Health & Safety meetings, project meetings.
Take minutes at Management Review Meetings, QAS Meetings.
Compile developed Health & Safety Plans & building files for all projects.
Issue subcontractor competency assessment questionnaires and collate all successive returned documentation.
Maintain all records relating to Health & Safety, QA System, Training, Sub contractor competency.

Requirements

Administrative background ideally within a multi-disciplined role.
IT literacy to include Microsoft Office packages.
Experience within the construction industry is advantageous.
Previous experience within the health & safety/quality sector preferred.
Health & Safety/Quality qualifications are advantageous.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent telephone manner.
Highly organised.

Based in Bromsgrove.
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
28 Days Holiday.
Salary £18,500
