Are you an experienced accounts assistant looking for a varied position? Do you want to join a stable and growing business with excellent prospects?

Gleeson Recruitment Group are in partnership with an inspirational and successful business based in Lichfield. Through growth and transformation an opportunity has arisen within their Accounts team for an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. This is a varied and demanding position which will offer great Accountancy exposure, and one which will open other avenues within their business.

Role responsibilities

  • New client financial set up
  • Importing data from the general ledger and bank statements for accurate reconciliation
  • Producing invoices
  • Monthly reporting and analysis on direct debits and bank reconcilliations
  • Chasing outstanding payments from suppliers
  • Ensuring staff deductions are accounted for, for accurate payment
  • Resolution of complex queries in relation to invoices
  • Administration of accounts

To be successful within the role you will have had exposure to high volume accounts/ reconciliation and have excellent knowledge of Excel.
