Kingsley Consulting is currently working on behalf of a prestigious client who is looking to recruit a Central Help Desk Controller to join their established business in the Hereford area. The role will provide administrative support to a number of different functions across the business to ensure tasks are completed effectively and company objectives are achieved.

Previous experience within administration / data entry would be ideal for this role as well as experience within a customer facing / focussed role or a call centre environment.

Remuneration and Package:


37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Role Responsibilities:

- Managing calls from customers and ensure that all enquires are dealt with in a professional manner

- Ensure that calls and queries are allocated to the appropriate area of the business and are followed up efficiently and effectively

- To enter and update records relating to all activities such as maintenance, servicing and customer visits, maintaining company administrative records

- Processing of service orders and new equipment requests

- Raise Purchase Orders for subcontract works

- Liaison with key customers to book in planned & reactive works for company engineers

- Arrangement of permits and access permissions for engineers as and when required

Individual requirements:

- Excellent IT literacy including Microsoft office and exposure to CRM systems

- Strong communication skills

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Proven ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment
