This 1 year undergraduate placement allows you to gain experience in one of our busy areas- based on your skills and interest- including construction, commercial, engineering, design, customer services or land and planning, sales or any of our business support departments. You will work with highly skilled professionals and get first-hand insight into the workings of one of the UK's biggest housebuilders.

Undertaking a degree course that recognises and supports 12-month industrial placements and be on-course to achieve a 2:1

We look for applicants across England and Wales, but from time to time we may not be able to find a placement in your local area, therefore the more flexible you are and open to temporary relocation, the better.

What next? - as we expect a large number of applications please don't expect to hear back straight away. Our assessment days will be in February/ March with interviews and verbal offers made shortly after. You will start between July and September, depending on your chosen programme.
