12 months Fixed Term Contract

As part of a hugely ambitious change programme you will join a team responsible for the on-going implementation and development of the Customer Interaction Strategy.

Your focus will be to assist in the co-ordination, development and implementation of this strategy across ALDI South countries, which, by working with other business functions, will ensure Aldi remains relevant in the changing digital world.

This is a varied role that revolves around strategic planning and change management. You will be required to evaluate and analyse data, create solutions, coordinate the execution of actions, and have a sound grasp of information technology.

You will play a pivotal role in helping countries to create assets, define frameworks, assign responsibilities and complete tasks to enable the delivery of the strategy. You will be at the forefront of shaping how Aldi operates in years to come and how we deliver incredible value and experience to our customers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Implementation of a developed strategy and resulting actions
• Continual development and refresh of the strategy
• Working cross functionally to drive forward topics
• Working with ambiguity and taking ownership of deliverables
• Analysis of data
• Market research
• Change management
• Facilitation of workshops and coordination of tasks
• Sound and consistent reporting of project status
• Working across geographies
• Ownership and maintenance of strategic documentation that will be discussed and utilised by senior stakeholders
• Regular communication with key business users in the Aldi South countries

Key Requirements:

• Working across topics simultaneously
• Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with the ability to quickly understand new software
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral skills
• Meeting facilitation skills
• Willing to travel as required
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to prioritise tasks within a changing environment
