LEP Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced office administrator, who is organised and methodical with great attention to detail to manage the LEP Team office and resources.
Previous experience in office administration is essential with strong customer service skills.
Key tasks will include providing administrative support including secretariat support; marketing and event management services; supporting website updating; maintenance of electronic filing and financial monitoring systems; making invoice payments and monitoring spend against budgets; liaising with IT services and landlord.
The post is based in Shrewsbury and will involve some travel across Shropshire, Herefordshire and Telford and Wrekin. Experience in working with businesses is desirable but not essential.
