This is an outstanding opportunity in the fast-moving world of Commercial Vehicle Parts. We require an experienced parts person with a background in either commercial vehicle, passenger car or trade parts to join the UK & Ireland arm of a large scale, global Commercial Vehicle aftermarket operation, based in the West Midlands.
Comprehensive understanding of automotive parts sales, dynamic and excellent telephone manner with the personality to create and build positive working relationships….if this sounds like you then I would like to speak with you now.
As part of a small and dynamic team for one of the largest full-range spare parts suppliers for commercial vehicles worldwide, you would be the frontline "face" of the business responsible for providing the overall sales support for the target markets.
A key part of this role is the ability to identify customer requirements, build quotations advising on all requirements and processing orders together with the important customer follow up routines.
Customer orientation is all important, establishing positive rapport and communicating effectively are key attributes that support the achievement of the business objectives.
There will be a requirement for face to face customer contact at times with participation at trade fairs and events along with a willingness to travel if required - national and international.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum two years experience in parts/sales-support, EPC/Commercial Vehicle experience would be an advantage
- Qualification in Sales or Marketing would be an advantage
- IT skills (MS Office, Knowledge in an ERP-System is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Persuasive and polite personality
- Good team-player
- Good interpersonal skills
