We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator

The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional standards of service to all customers/contacts in a professional and personable manner as you will be working as part of the Customer Services Team, ensuring a prompt and efficient service to all enquiries received via telephone and email, advice and support while liaising between delivery drivers and customers.

The Role

Taking inbound calls from customers
Providing an outstanding experience for all customers
Taking Customer enquiries/complaints over the phone and by email
Chasing deliveries
Order Inputting manually
Order Inputting via Uploads – excel experience required
Inputting credit requests for Customers
Calling Customers to advise if there are delivery issues


Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Previous customer service experience is preferred although not essential
Experience and confidence in speaking to customers about products
Highly organised with good time management

Job Type: Full-time
