The China site currently has hundreds of thousands members and over 400 retailers live on the site. Due to rapid growth seen last year, we are expanding our teams and looking to get an online customer service advisor with fluent speaking and writing in simplified Chinese/ Mandarin. You will be responsible for communicating with members, keeping them up to date and providing information about their account, transactions or payment information. You will need to make sure that you work in a timely manner to make sure that all deadlines are met and information provided is accurate and up to date. Full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities

* Responding to customer support queries from the China site through social media sites and email

* Taking responsibility for all received queries

* Troubleshooting all queries using a logical approach

* Working to the set service levels and KPIs

* Recognising any issues and alerting the line managers

* Delivering excellent levels of customer service at all times whilst answering a high number of enquiries.

Required Skills and Attributes:

* Excellent speaking and writing in both Mandarin and English.

* Good problem solving and analytical skills

* Professional, hard-working and enthusiastic

* Self-motivated to work under own initiative

* Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and deadlines

* Good IT skills

* Attention to detail

* Experience within a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
