Your new role
You will be working within an established team of circa 15 staff to support customers with a wide range of products via phone and e-mail. You will be required to handle both incoming and outgoing calls, able to maintain excellent working relationships whilst processing all orders on internal systems, promoting upgraded products, offering excellent numerical and IT knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed
Working within this position, you will have a proven work history within office based customer service, able to navigate internal systems and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication. Working with customers on a daily basis you will offer the ability to prioritise workloads whilst providing a good understanding of customer needs, able to meet and exceed KPI's.
