We are currently working with one of the cities fastest growing businesses who are actively expanding operations as we head in to 2019.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the management of 12 Customer Service Agents. You will work closely with senior management to improve the customer experience and the operational efficiency of the customer services team. This organisation is a 24/7 operation and as such you will be required to help operate and manage the shift patterns for your teams. This organisation looks set to grow and develop further in to 2019, as such the organisation is looking for a forward thinking manager who can come in to the business with there own initiatives and fresh ideas. You will work on a shift pattern typically Monday to Friday on a rotating shift patterns with shift times between 07.00 AM - 02.00 AM
What you'll need to succeed
Customer service, satisfaction and efficiency is paramount to the organisations model. With this in mind you must possess outstanding team management and customer service experience.
What you'll get in return

Salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience. You also have a performance related bonus scheme each year to the value of 20% of your salary.
