Recruiting now for Experienced and Qualified Residential Support Workers in our picturesque Children's Service on the outskirts of Bromyard.

Circa £25,000.00 including Sleep In, plus FREE training

Our amazing service opened its doors in October 2017 and we are continuing to recruit as we move more young people in. A warm welcome awaits you in our specialist service for children who present with emotional, behavioural and other complex needs. Based near Bromyard, we care for Young People with varied interests and requirements, so each person is respected and valued as an individual, with tailored programmes to address the specific and changing needs of the individual. Our young people enjoy sport, art, gardening and singing. We hold talent shows, art competitions, sports days and the CareTech Bake Off, among other things and these activities are always popular with all of our local homes taking part together.

For over 20 years Branas Isaf have been delivering an outstanding integrated model of education, therapy and therapeutic care to young people who present with a specific range of complex interpersonal behavioural issues. With over 20 years' experience in this specialist field, Branas Isaf has a proven ability in meeting the needs of young people with behaviours which make them vulnerable. Our award winning Head of Service and Therapy Team are recognised leaders in this field and continue to set benchmarks for other companies working in these areas of expertise.

As recognised leaders in the field, we were invited to participate in a government funded research project; the findings of this report are now utilised in the sector to develop and improve practice in the UK.We offer a comprehensive bespoke training programme for all of our staff to ensure that they can provide the best support for our young people.

We are looking for dedicated, experienced and qualified to level 3 support workers to join our fantastic team. We are looking for courageous and committed individuals who can communicate these attributes within a challenging yet rewarding environment. The shift patterns are a 2 days on, 4 days off rolling rota and includes sleep-ins. Please note, a driving licence is essential due to location and requirements of the service.

Due to the nature of the role, we will pay for you to complete an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, prior to starting with us.
