NJR Recruitment is representing a highly regarded Wealth Management organisation who are based in the Birmingham area. Our client hold a excellent reputation within the industry who provides corporate and private client wealth management advice to Private Clients, Business Owners, now have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Administrator to join their prestigious office.

This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has experience of Pensions & Investments as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants. You will be working for an award winning professional services firm with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.

In return our client offers a competitive salary and will fully support the applicant through exams so that they attain Certificate level and beyond to Diploma Level.

Responsibilities:

  • To complete all tasks delegated to them by the Investment Support Supervisor to meet SLAs
  • To train existing and new members of the team
  • To respond to telephone and medium risk inbox queries, escalating where necessary
  • Withdrawals and general maintenance of clients' accounts
  • Liaising with Portfolio Managers and Dealing Executives
  • To develop new methods of carrying out existing tasks in order to increase efficiency
  • To delegate workflow to members of the team
  • To be a point of contact for consultants, members of the business and the team
  • Ensure that all data is accurate and up to date where appropriate
  • Ensure all completed instructions and transactions match and are fully documented in line with laid down procedures to provide appropriate audit trail and accountability
  • Monitor and maintain accurate diary management and record keeping processes to ensure appropriate activity audit trails are maintained in line with the Firms compliance standards

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in an IFA practice and is used to dealing with pensions and investments. You will ideally be at least Certificate level and have experience of Intelligent Office. You will have solid communication skills, focused attitude and dedication.
