An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a reputable organisation based in Malvern. Due to consistent growth, my client is looking for a Sales Support individual to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be required to offer regular support to the Sales team in a number of ways.
Your duties will include; processing new sales leads, processing orders, raising sales and purchase orders, answering incoming phone calls from customers, resolving queries and issues, monitoring customer accounts, arranging overseas shipments, organising travel arrangements for engineers in the UK and abroad and ad hoc administration work such as filing.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate excellent levels of customer service and possess a good telephone manner. Previous experience of working in a similar administrative role is essential along with the ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and manage busy workloads. Good IT skills with exposure to MS Office packages is also required as well as high attention to detail.
