We're looking for a dynamic, confident, incredibly talented Sales Manager with experience of both selling over the phone and managing a team of established sales people to join us as a Sales Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a trusted specialist for corporate events and fundraising experiences. To date we have assisted our clients and colleagues to raise over GBP16m for charity .

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for selling advertising and sponsorship of events to the suppliers of the company hosting the charitable event.

Specifically in the job, you will be responsible for:

* Managing a team of sales staff to drive the division forward
* Liaising with a database of suppliers to promote charitable events
* Promoting the event and charities involved
* Marketing company merchandise to raise money for the charities

THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for the Sales Manager role, you will need to have direct experience of managing staff and a proven strong telesales background.

In addition, it's absolutely essential that you possess the following skills:

* Determination and drive to expand and grow a sales team
* Telesales - outgoing, bubbly telephone manner, the ability to close
* Proven management skills
* Lateral thinking - the ability to see/source an array of sales opportunities.

It is likely you will have previous experience in at least one of the following roles:

Sales Manager, Internal Sales Manager, Telesales Manager, Outbound Call Centre

THE PACKAGE:

Basic salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 Per Annum.
OTE : GBP38,000 Per annum.
Additional Benefits: pension, commission structure and great career prospects.
