Your new role
The HR Manager role is a standalone HR role in the organisation, responsible for the development of the people strategy and managing all operational HR issues. The role is part of the senior management team and will help to shape and grow the organisation as it continues its expand plans. The postholder will also have some general office management duties and will oversee health & safety at the site.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Manager or HR Advisor with full generalist HR experience, strong employment law knowledge and exposure to health & safety. Candidates will be approachable and able to demonstrate the capability to advise and influence the management team.
