This household name are currently going through an expansion and are looking to take on a candidate with experience of managing the recruitment process from start to finish by liaising with the Recruiting Managers to ensure correct paperwork is completed. The successful candidate will be required to draft job adverts in line with the brand, advertise vacant jobs internally and externally as well as coordinate the shortlisting process and liaise with candidates. The candidate will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining all personal HR files, ensuring they are kept securely in accordance with data protection legislation and policies.

Duties-

• To provide efficient recruitment support

• Manage the selection process assisting managers in the use of People HR system particularly ATS when shortlisting and arranging interviews for the candidates

• To support the HR Assistant coordinate and process DBS checks by obtaining the necessary documentation from the successful candidates prior to their start date; including proof of entitlement to work in UK, DBS disclosure, and two references.

• To assist the HR Assistant managing the DBS checking and processing procedure for all existing staff and volunteers. This includes any Risk Assessments which may need carrying out.

• To assist the HR Assistant with producing HR KPI information in relation to recruitment.

• Create and maintain staff information on the People HR system, ensuring an accurate record is kept at all times.

• To support the HR Assistant with posting mail, telephone calls, faxes, emails, internet information.

• Promote a professional image of the company both externally and internally, maintaining appropriate and high levels of confidentiality as required

Experience-

• Educated to GCSE Level 4 or equivalent in English and Maths.

• NVQ2 or equivalent in administration

• Knowledge of basic recruitment processes and procedures

• Experience of working in a customer focused function

• Strong organizational skills
