Hours: Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri
Type of role: contract 6 months +

08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays ( one every 12th weeks)
One week in 12 there will be a requirement to work a Saturday. When you work Saturday you will work 1 hour less per day and the hours will be made up on the Saturday that week

My client is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Person who will be responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls, provision of car rental and event management.

The appropriate candidate should have previous experience of dealing with customers via the telephone and processing their issues. Currently the team take up to 4000 customer calls per week; calls are varied and include Repair/Service bookings, Accident reporting and general customer queries. The role also includes off line work as well as call handling.

You will need to have sufficient workshop/service desk experience to be able to decide if work can be carried out in our workshops or needs to go to an external specialist based on the customers’ description of a problem with the vehicle. For this reason the ideal candidate will have previous experience in Dealership Service desk environment in roles such as Assistant Service Manager, Trouble-shooter or Workshop Controller.
