Vacancy for Telesales Executive – Security Consultancy

The Role:

A position has arisen within our clients Business Development Department for an experienced Telesales Executive to play a key part in their growing sales team. The role will involve outbound cold and warm sales calls to identify potential opportunities within new and existing clients, also to establish whether existing contacts are still in post, appropriate to the company’s services and that contact details are correct. The candidate will be expected to update the CRM system where appropriate and allocate calls to individual members of the team. Full service portfolio training will be provided.

This company is a rapidly expanding independent consultancy with a unique approach to holistic security solutions. The company operates in a small, family environment where all employees are part of the team.

The Location:

This role is office based. The company’s offices are based in Halesowen, West Midlands with easy access by rail, bus and road.

The Candidate:
• A proven track record in o Telesales o Data cleansing o Cold calling o Appointment setting • Strong communication skills • Self-motivated • Experience in a services sector is preferred but not essential • Experience of using a CRM system is essential (the internal system is SugarCRM)

The Package:

Basic Salary: £17,000 - £20,000 per annum Commission: 1% on converted Leads, uncapped

In addition we offer 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and payment into a company pension scheme
