Accounts Receivable Administrator
Accounts Receivable Administrator job, temporary assignment based in Wolverhampton.
Your new company
You will be working with a Charity based in Wolverhampton that are expanding their team and making exciting changes to the Finance department.
Your new role
You will be the Accounts Receivable Administrator that will be able to administer and maintain the Sales Ledger for both the organisation and all of its transactions. Your day to day tasks will include, the preparation of sales invoices, maintaining the sales ledger, liaising with Credit Control, Contracts Officers and Service Administrators to solve billing and contract issues. You will also perform a monthly reconciliation for each service to ensure the accuracy and validity of end of month accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be AAT qualified and have experience of using Open Accounts or a similar accounting package and to be used to complex billing. As well, you will be at an intermediate level on excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
You will be able to complete the above tasks to set deadlines and bring a high level of accuracy with you as attention to detail is important to you.
