Key Duties:

 Provide administration support to customer, suppliers and colleagues

alike via email or telephone.

 Maintain business systems with up to date information as required.

 Follow up requests for quotation to customers directly and / or indirectly

via various sales offices.

 Prepare and issue Order Acknowledgement documentation as


 Prepare despatch / shipping documentation, invoices and other spares

related documentation as required.

 Raising and expediting of Purchase Orders.

 Purchasing of stock as required, co-ordinate with Purchasing


 Provide spares administrative support to licensee companies.

 Provide general administration support to other colleagues and

departments as required.

 Provide general administrative support to the Service Department as


 Provide improvement initiative suggestions in line with a continuous

improvement culture

 To assist in development of company procedures and Quality

Management System

 Comply with company Health and Safety procedures.

Other Notes:

 The role is a Full Time role

 Training will be provided on an ongoing basis as required
