Spares & Service Administrator
Provide administration support to customer, suppliers and colleagues
alike via email or telephone.
Maintain business systems with up to date information as required.
Follow up requests for quotation to customers directly and / or indirectly
via various sales offices.
Prepare and issue Order Acknowledgement documentation as
Prepare despatch / shipping documentation, invoices and other spares
related documentation as required.
Raising and expediting of Purchase Orders.
Purchasing of stock as required, co-ordinate with Purchasing
Provide spares administrative support to licensee companies.
Provide general administration support to other colleagues and
departments as required.
Provide general administrative support to the Service Department as
