A great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to help us maintain the excellent service currently provided to our clients. You will be working in a busy general practice position joining a dedicated team who prepare accounts, undertake bookkeeping and administer the payroll for a range of local small to medium sized businesses.
You will manage your own workload, meeting and working independently with clients to give a thorough and professional service, reporting to and supported by a director but enjoying autonomy in the role and mentoring more junior colleagues.
Ideally, you will have a knowledge of IRIS, Sage Accounts/ Payroll and be AAT or suitably qualified by experience.
The firm is willing to support training towards professional qualifications if desired.
