Job DescriptionSales Support Administrator
8:30 to 17:30 with a 30 minute lunch break.
£19,000 - £20,000 per annum
Role is a temp to perm position

A client of mine is currently seeking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their fun, friendly and enthusiastic team. The company you will be working for, is a wholesale food distributor situated East London. No day will be the same to the last.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
*Using advanced Excel - checking sales data to report to sales representatives, exporting and organising pricing data for representatives, editing excel documents to produce only the necessary information with relevant calculations
*Sending information out to customers, e.g. policy documents, product lists etc.
*Updating records on the in-house system
*Requesting product specifications from suppliers
*General administration duties: Filing, ordering office stationary, taking calls and passing onto the relevant team, arranging couriers etc.
*Assisting the telesales team and covering as and when. Such as; assisting with taking orders with customers. - Not cold calling

Essential skills:
*Must have excellent Excel skills
*Must have good telephone manners
*Must have good customer service skills
*Must have previous Administration experience

*Someone with previous experience within administration in a wholesaler.
