Junior Sales Representative

Our company is currently recruiting for a fantastic Junior Sales Representative to join the sales department of their ever growing Engineering Company based in the West Midlands area. They offer only the best in house training.

Fully expenses company car, phone and laptop provided.

The ideal candidate will be a 'go-getter' and highly motivated, no previous sales experience is necessary as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The key purpose of the role is to support the telesales team activity by mapping the market, build and manage relationships with customers, and to directly generate sales leads in order to build sales pipelines and hit the Team Targets.

You will be travelling throughout the UK to visit a wide range of engineering customers.

Key Duties:
- Responsible for visiting customers and demonstrating the full range of Press Brake Tooling along with the creation of opportunities to maximise the regional sales pipeline.
- Be able to build good relationships with customers to ensure the smooth flow of work through the sales process.
Travelling the UK to visit customers and discuss needs/demonstrate solutions.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

No previous sales or marketing experience necessary, however the following will help with your application:
- An Interest in engineering and Engineering Solutions.
- Proven interest in sales, marketing, customer service or business development
- Proven strong work ethic
- Show excitement and enthusiasm
- Honest passion for meeting people and building strong relationships with the general public
- Eagerness and hunger to learn and undergo training
- Be able to commute daily to and from Halesowen and surrounding areas
