This role requires a minimum of a 2:1 degree in English – ideally this will be from a Russell Group University. You also must have gained some work experience with children, this doesn’t necessarily have to be in a school. You must be a confident, resilient graduate who can adapt their approach to best suit the needs of each individual child.
