Due to our recent, rapid expansion across the UK and International markets, we are now looking for a Communications and Events Assistant to join us at this exciting time.

Utilising your excellent organisational skills, in this position you will be actively involved in all internal and external communications projects throughout the business, supporting our Events Coordinator to organise a huge variety of events, from exhibitions to recruitment fairs, and of course arranging our quarterly company socials!

In addition, you will be providing essential administrative support to the business, ensuring the timely and smooth delivery of all company-wide updates, announcements, reminders and engagements in line with the Internal Communications plan and diary. This is a highly collaborative role where you will be liaising cross-departments, and utilising your coordination and prioritisation skills to effectively schedule company training (including arranging dates, meeting rooms, training materials, undertaking post-training evaluation), organise meetings and also arrange travel/accommodation for business trips - to name just a few!

This position is a fast paced and varied role which will require confidence, adaptability and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to learn quickly. It is ideally suited for someone who is keen to join a fast-paced company in a thriving industry, who is willing to get stuck-in from the start!

So, what are we looking for?

  • Degree educated in a relevant field (Marketing, Events Management, Business, Psychology)
  • At least one year experience in an administrative/business support type role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator

Bonus points for:

  • Experience within a communications, marketing or events team
  • Experience with training delivery
