Travelling to multiple sites around East & West Midlands and East Anglia you will be responsible for ensuring customers get the specialist help they require when moving home, offering a range of services to tailor make a support package specific to your customer’s needs. Maintaining impartial, sensitive guidance and practical support you will work alongside your portfolio of clients ensuring a "stress" free move from start to finish

You will be involved in every aspect of the customers move into their new home, making the process as smooth as possible. You will support customers through the downsizing process which may include sorting through charity or disposable items in order to help declutter and maximise space in their new property. You will provide a unique unpacking service ensuring your customers are comfortable and box free as quickly and as safely as possible. You will ensure customers are equipped with the essentials in the kitchen, living area and bedroom. Other duties will include, surveying, customising floor plans, metre readings, transferring utility bills and suppling change of address cards.

Previous experience within the retirement sector is highly advantageous, however full training will be given. A professional approach with high quality standards is essential. You must have compassion for and the desire to work with the elderly. You need to be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff of all levels. Be resilient and can problem solve effectively. Exceptional organisational skills are essential as you will need to re-prioritise daily tasks in order to accommodate the fluctuating needs of the residents. You must be adaptable and willing to travel as no day is the same in this "ever changing" industry. You should have a full clean driving license.

Hours of work: Five days a week to include two to three Saturday’s per month in busy periods. May be required to stay Overnight.
