Immediate temporary role for an Experienced Administrator, this is an ongoing position and may become permanent for the right candidate.

Any previous experience within Hospitality/Events would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsible for handling telephone calls. Dealing with enquiries, taking bookings either via telephone and email.
General administration, updating files and records, must be fully conversant with Word and Excel

This role can often be pressurised so the ability to multi task is needed together with a keen eye for detail. Provide support to co-ordinate and organise functions and events.

Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday. Pay rate GBP9.00 per hour. Location is North Shropshire so own transport is essential.
