Interim HR Administrator - GBP18-20K - Norfolk - 6 months

HR Administrator is required for a manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, you will be managing the day to day operations of the human resource office including policies, procedures, recruitment and employee relations.

Role

* Assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
* Recruiting staff - developing job descriptions
* Preparing job adverts
* Shortlisting candidates for interview
* Advising on pay and other remunerations issues
* Dealing with grievance and implementing disciplinary procedures

Requirements

* At least 1 years experience as HR Administrator, HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or similar
* Board understanding of the business and any expected processes
* Excellent attention to detail / communication skills
* Commutable to Kings Lynn, Norfolk
