Our long standing client based in the Lichfield area is currently searching for Customer Service Administrators to join their team in August!

Duties will include:

  • Engaging with customers via telephone and email
  • Data entry and processing information in relation to customers orders
  • Dealing with general updates and queries
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Solving problems internally
  • Working as part of a team
  • Creating reports
  • Using internal systems

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT Literature
  • Driver - Due to location of the company

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm - 37.5 hours a week.

Salary: £8.00 per hour

This is a Temporary Ongoing position with a view to go Permanent!
