Customer Service Administrator - Lichfield
Our long standing client based in the Lichfield area is currently searching for Customer Service Administrators to join their team in August!
Duties will include:
- Engaging with customers via telephone and email
- Data entry and processing information in relation to customers orders
- Dealing with general updates and queries
- Sending and receiving emails
- Solving problems internally
- Working as part of a team
- Creating reports
- Using internal systems
Skills / Experience Required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- IT Literature
- Driver - Due to location of the company
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm - 37.5 hours a week.
Salary: £8.00 per hour
This is a Temporary Ongoing position with a view to go Permanent!
