Contracts Schedules Administrator / Planning Administrator

**6 to 12 month contract*

**Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30pm & Friday 8am - 1pm**

**Competitive hourly rate both LTD and PAYE**

**Based in Coventry**

Are you a strong Scheduler/Planning Administrator? Have you worked within a business that has a busy production output, possibly with a background in a precision manufacturing? Our client is a global leader in precision manufacturing and because of the recent increase in production at their Coventry site are now looking to bring in a Schedule Administrator to support the work load on a contract basis.

Role Purpose:

  • The Contracts Schedules Administrator will support the Contracts team in ensuring that all Customer requirements are downloaded from Customer portals on a weekly basis and SAP is updated with the latest requirements.

Key Authorities and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer orders, determining start of production to meet required on time delivery
  • Managing internal communication around material, tooling, labour to help achieve delivery dates
  • Maintain SAP/MRP system with current order status
  • Raising Production orders using order entry system

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • SAP experience will be advantageous
  • Experienced Planning & Scheduling customer orders
  • Proficient using MS Excel & MRP systems
  • Familiar with Order Entry & purchasing processes
