Employment Lawyer sought for a well-accredited practice in Staffordshire.

The Role
A great opportunity for an Employment Lawyer has now arisen in a leading practice Staffordshire. Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years PQE as a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The successful candidate will undertake duties to include: TUPE transfers; conducting advocacy at the Tribunal; disciplinary and grievances; maternity rights; unfair and wrongful dismissal; redundancies; contracts and agreements; discrimination and; equal pay and opportunities. Business development, networking and marketing will form part of your duties.

The Candidate
A Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE;
Strong background in Employment Law is essential;
Have a strong academic background;
Commercially aware with excellent client care and communication skills;
Handle your workload with minimum supervision;
Actively undertake business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
