As Locality Manager you will inspire, lead, empower and coach your team to build fantastic relationships with our service - delivering brilliant outcomes for our business.

Midway Care Group is a forward thinking organisation, consisting of residential homes and supported living services for adults with a learning disability and dual diagnosis. We pride ourselves on providing personalised support which is flexible and responsive. Currently providing services to 75 people, in ten residential services and 25 supported living services, with around 500 staff. Our aim is for these numbers to continually grow in future years and we are committed to the development of these services.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have line management responsibilities for a number of Project Managers. You will be working with the Operations Manager to ensure an excellent level of care is provided across the area.

You will have experience of management within the health and social care sector. Understanding and passion for the provision of high quality service in this sector. A commitment to training and development of all staff to achieve excellence in order for services to support the best outcomes for the individuals we work with.

You will be quality focused and have an in-depth understanding of the CQC. The successful candidate will hold the registration with the CQC.

Your role will be instrumental in the growth of the business and you will need to be flexible in your approach to respond to the current needs and priorities of the business
