Managed Services Team,

Old Park, Telford

We are looking for someone really exceptional to work with the Operational Management Team. You will oversee the continuous improvement of our Customer Contact Centre and strategically influence how the Trust should respond to ever changing customer demands and expectations. We believe that customers want to talk to friendly and knowledgeable employees, not overly automated or digitalised systems.

This key operational role is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking Manager, who inspires colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience, alongside a strong operational performance.

We want someone who thrives in a fast paced, diverse and challenging environment, who understands what makes great customer service and who can strike a balance between the day to day management of a busy team whilst making time to forward plan and improve services.

You will have strong people management skills, along with a flexible and hands-on approach to developing, coaching and leading your teams. Our pack outlines the qualities you will need.
