Your new role
Reliable Customer Service Assistant with experience of working alone as well as within a team. The core element of the role will require you to service the needs of our customers by means of face to face service provision. You will work at our 2 mainline sites where you will assist customers in our lanes servicing their needs from within one of our toll booths and also outside in our automatic lanes. You will be required to work shifts on a weekend between the hours of 7am - 7pm, amounting to an average 16.5 hours per week (weekly contracted standard hours), averaging 8 hour shifts. A paid meal break of 30 minutes per full shift is included, to be taken at times required by the Company.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of working in a customer service / retail role and responsibility for balancing cash accurately would be an advantage. Previous shift working experience would be an advantage. Based on operational requirements, shift times may be subject to change. Full UK Driving Licence and your own transport is ESSENTIAL.
