We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality & Assurance Manager to join our growing team based in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary.

Avensys are a leading provider of medical equipment management and support services, offering bio-medical equipment engineering service solutions to private healthcare organisations including large NHS trusts, Primary Care Trusts and leading Private Hospital Groups and Clinics.

As our Quality & Assurance Manager you will lead, manage and maintain the Quality & Assurance projects, accreditations and customer service deliverables against requirements for the Quality Management Systems of Avensys UK Ltd.

Responsibilities of our Quality & Assurance Manager:

- Quality/Audit/Compliance/Assurance subject matter expertise, specifically BS EN ISO 13485:2016

- Drive the creation and ongoing maintenance of a Quality Management System that ensures contractually agreed Quality & Audit obligations are met.

- Provide comprehensive risk-based management throughout the quality audit programme.

- Provide timely and accurate information about relevant quality, audit, and compliance related risks and issues, non-conformances and corrective actions.

- Lead improvements to the quality of business delivery.

- Contribute to associated Standards, processes and procedures which ensures agreed Audit obligations are met.

- Liaise with colleagues to improve mutual levels of knowledge and understanding of the policies, standards, processes and quality/audit-related matters within the company.

- Offer improvements in the definition, execution, monitoring and reporting of controls so that control weaknesses can be fixed before they result in customer-visible problems.

- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality, audit and risk methods and processes

- Ensure contractually agreed requirements, regarding quality, audit, and compliance are delivered to the client's satisfaction.

- Lead customer satisfaction outputs.

- Assure adherence to the quality, compliance, and risk requirements and drive improvements in the quality control, audit, compliance, risk, and assurance environment across the business.

Skills and experience required to be our Quality & Assurance Manager:

- Build and maintain key components of the Quality/Audit Management framework of internal controls across the business.

- Provide subject matter expertise in quality control, audit and compliance matters to bids, service lines, major accounts, business domains and functional areas.

- Drive Operations, senior management and teams to ensure that quality control objectives are met.

- Provide coaching, training and facilitation in quality, control, process and audit topics across the business.

- Experience of operations, managing people, development and health and safety

- Create quality assurance materials that can be applied across multiple service lines or business domains.

- Identify and implement improvements in the quality control and business continual improvement mechanisms that have an impact across multiple service lines, accounts or business domains.

- Drive improvements in the quality governance and control framework.

- Manage the audit function - targeting, scheduling and completing critical audits.

- Facilitate external audits undertaken by third party auditors and client internal audit teams where the contract permits.

- Lead and conduct full contract compliance reviews.

- To have UK recognised auditor qualification or certification
