Our client is an expert in providing fire detection and suppression
systems to digital CCTV surveillance and intruder alarms, they have a
range of innovative products and services and are expanding throughout
the UK. As a result, they are now looking for an Electronic Security
Installations Engineer for the following areas Wolverhampton,
Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Herts and Bucks.

Your responsibilities will include:

The key focus of the role will be to install all security systems in a
timely manner to include intruder/ access control/ CCTV. This will
include planning the installation of the system in accordance with the
specification, agreeing the installation plan with the customer,
instructing the customer in the correct use of the system and
completing Handover documentation, site records and timesheets
accurately and legibly.

Skills required:

You need to have a proven background in electronic security
engineering and an excellent approach to customer service delivery.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the following

Intruder – Aritech, Microtech, Scantronic, Menvier, intruder
signalling equipment, digital communicator, Redcare, Dualcom, GSM dual
path communications

CCTV – cameras, lenses, multiplexers, VCR’s, digital recording
devices, telemetry controllers, remote transmission systems, dome
systems, pan/tilt/zoom assemblies, demountable towers and columns

Access Control – stand alone controllers, networkable controllers, PC
based systems, PAC administration software, NAPCO administration
software, reader technologies.
