Due to expansion we are seeking a temporary administrator to work within a fast paced financial advisory in the city centre of Lichfield. This role is full time and temporary initially but could lead to a permanent position.

Duties include

  • Data entry on to in-house financial services database
  • Supporting the financial advisors & compliance team with general administration
  • Calling clients to chase outstanding documents and providing them with regular updates on their cases
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Maintaining compliance and ensuring all work is completing within the regulated guidelines

Due to the nature if this role confidentiality is essential;. You will also be required to undertake a credit check and be able to provide 3 years previous employment references.

Working hours are Monday to Friday
