Job Title: Assistant Manager
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000
Bonus: GBP3,000 - GBP6,000 OTE
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in the retail or customer service industry or have a background in sales, they should be confident and willing to learn as they will be involved in all aspects of the business. You will be confident at working towards sales targets and want to exceed expectations.

- Actively promote the sale of add on products.
- To ensure that all customers (both in person, on the telephone and through e-mail) are given all the help and advice possible.
- To ensure that all customer enquiries are logged and followed up in a timely manner.
- To ensure that all customers' requests are handled professionally and with customer service in mind.
