This is a unique opportunity to join a significantly growing team for our established and reputable client based in Lichfield as a Customer Service Administrator. This is a temporary ongoing position- looking to last at least 12 months- with the potential to continue beyond this.

This position will require the successful candidate to work normal office hours of 9AM-5PM, Monday to Friday and will pay the worker a rewarding salary of £8- £9PH.

Duties of the role will include:

• Customer Service

• Liaising with the warehouse

• Liaising with customers and responding to customer queries

• Stock management

• Order processing

• Updating spreadsheets and reports

The ideal candidate will have:

• A keen focus on delivering quality customer service

• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications e.g. excel

• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining spread sheets

• Ability of interpreting data

• Experienced in a customer focused environment

• Understanding of KPI's

• Ability to work individually or as part of a team

• Good Communication skills – written and verbal
