To provide a full range of secretarial support within the Residential Conveyancing Department at the practice office.
Skills Knowledge and Experience required:
- Audio and/word processing skills to an acceptable standard of speed and accuracy.
- Minimum of four GCSE subjects (or equivalent), one of which must be English.
- A minimum of two years secretarial experience in a professional environment preferred, legal knowledge an advantage.
- General secretarial/administration experience including:
- ability to organise filing and documentation
- a pleasant and competent telephone manner
- maintaining diary and a knowledge of general office procedures
