Our client is a growing management consultancy company who work in both the public and private sectors providing change and transformation. They require additional assistance at an administrative level to support their continued growth.
This role is based in their administrative hub in Studley, Warwickshire but, if the location would suit an applicant better, there is an office in Central Birmingham where a strong administrator, who is a great self-starter, could work from.
Typical duties may include: General administrative support, research for business development teams, management of online portals for bids/tenders, submission support for bids/tenders, presentation documentation collation and editing, events co-ordination, CRM (MS Dynamics 2015) inputting and data cleansing, a little marketing support and other general administration. Full training and support will be given.
The environment: is fast paced, changing and sometimes challenging. The business has business peaks and troughs, so applicants need to be adaptable. There are no unsociable hours - there is no weekend work and school holiday periods can be quieter.
Skills required: Good on the computer, excellent attention to detail, articulate, literate and numerate.
The successful person might be: A Graduate or college leaver with good grades or anyone with some relevant work experience looking for a challenge and their next long-term role.
The person type: Adaptable, hard-working, honest, team player, self-starter, pro-active. Essentially, applicants must have an ability to engage well with people at all levels and have a good sense of humour.
Salary: Negotiable, circa GBP16,000 - GBP20,000, dependent experience and on the skill set of the successful applicant. Pro rata for part time.

Office hours: Full time hours are generally 9 - 5.30.
