Position Description:
Acting as a key member of the HR Direct Lifecycle & Transaction team you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end administration for Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), Pre-Action Disclosure requests and other Information Requests from third parties (e.g. solicitors, Jobcentre Plus, DWP) and employees. This will involve the collation of employee data from a number of sources which will then need to be reviewed to determine which document should be disclosed prior to issue to the requestor. You will be dealing with a high volume of work in a shared service environment.

2) Strong attention to detail. Able to assimilate a large volume of information and analyse effectively and in a timely manner
3) Able to demonstrate the ability to manage own workload prioritising effectively

Experience Required:
"Experienced administrator with previous knowledge of dealing with employee information requests; likely to have a HR or Legal background. Working knowledge of managing Data Subject Access Requests under the Data Protection Act. A good understanding of the requirements for managing Data Subject Access Requests under the General Data Protection Regulations Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
