Learning and Development Consultant - Coventry
As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will report into the L&D Manger and be responsible for designing and delivering talent and engagement initiatives across the business. This is a project-based role which will touch on talent management, coaching and engagement with employees across the organisation; to include front line customer facing staff and senior leaders. The L&D Consultant will be part of a growing team with the vision to drive the business' talent agenda.
We are looking for:
- Experience delivering training in-house or as an external provider
- CIPD and, ideally, psychometrics qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of the full training cycle
- Project management experience
