From incredible practical solutions like enabling marginalised farmers without land to earn a living by cultivating pumpkins on barren sandbars, to innovative ideas like their extraordinary floating gardens, which uses water hyacinth to construct rafts enabling farmers to grow crops on flooded land. Our new Supporter Acquisition Manager will play a key role in delivering our ambitious growth, helping us to decide which acquisition channels to invest in. A truly unique and special opportunity to support the development of a bold and exciting 3-year acquisition strategy and leading the implementation of annual plans, budgets and reforecasting. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Direct Marketer with at least 6 years' experience of delivering and exceeding income in charity fundraising acquisition, as well as a motivational and dynamic leader of people. Someone who is inspired about our work and with proven strategic and operational experience of supporter recruitment using multiple channels across digital, print and broadcast media, preparing and implementing strategies and complex multi-channel plans and budgets.
