A prestigious Nationwide business are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader on a 12 months FTC to cover maternity. You MUST be immediately available to be successful.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Team Leader you will directly manage 13 delegates with a key focus on staff development and engagement. You will effectively lead from the front, demonstrating your positive 'can-do' attitude putting Customer Experience at the forefront of all duties. You will assist the Customer Service Manager in setting and achieving all KPI's and SLA's and monitor team performance accordingly.

You will be a dynamic and enthusiastic leader key essential experience in a management role in a busy contact centre/shared services environment. You will embrace core values and strive to make a difference with the initiative and confidence to implement new procedures where appropriate.
