OVERVIEW
Are you looking for an office position where you get to talk to customers on a daily basis and really help make a difference?
Are you honest, hardworking and up for a challenge? This company is looking for the newest member of their customer service team - someone who cares about getting the right outcome for the customer and someone who will go 'the extra mile'.
The good news is, you don't have to have previous office experience. This company are all about getting the right person. So, as long as you have excellent social skills and you want to do a good job - they would be happy to meet you for interview!

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering phone calls and emails from prospective customers, answering any queries existing and new customers may have.
  • Providing support and accurate advice to customers.
  • You must have a confident telephone manner because you will be dealing with large amounts of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, personally as well as identifying when issues are to be elevated to management.
  • Investigating in length and solving customer problems in a timely manner, which may be complex.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport easily with clients
  • Working well under pressure and multitasking
  • Excellent administrative skills with working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
